BEHIND THE CAMERA

Thanks for checking out my video business! For several years now, I’ve been filming and editing videos at a professional level. I create a wide range of videos. Videos range in length from 30 seconds to 15 minutes and everywhere in the middle. 2-5 minute promotional, feature, and marketing videos are a specialization. I also do contract work for other video companies which includes live events and and shooting sports.

My background in shooting and editing video, producing and writing lends itself to his ultimate goal – telling your story. With my casual, personal approach to interviews and the right questions, I put my subjects at ease and help encourage the perfect soundbite. I have background in television news and have interviewed a countless number of people. I also spent time in front of the camera so I’m able to offer advice at being the most natural as possible with the camera rolling.

The JZ Productions Portfolio ranges from high level corporate promotions and marketing materials to instructional training videos for healthcare staff. I’ve worked across several community based industries including hotels, schools and restaurants. My work is also well suited to annual award ceremony highlights, weddings and other large scale social events. Prior to founding JZ Productions in 2012, I worked my way up to several positions with my final role as Sports Director during eight formative years at WDIO-TV, a television station based in Duluth, Minnesota.

After years of doing live television, I offer high quality live streaming among my list of services. I can livestream any event which includes sports, lectures, church services, weddings, and funerals.

I utilize top tier videography equipment in pursuit of capturing the moment. My degree and background in Communications from St. John’s University inspire partnerships with clients to share a strong message. Hablo y escribo español también.
